Congratulations Sarah on completing her first Half Ironman Distance Triathlon! ✔️

6hr 15mins, 9th female overall. She achieved a podium place and finished as the fastest age group runner – quite an achievement as she had to recover from a back injury mid training!

Between this event and an Olympic distance triathlon she also raised a very impressive 6k for an amazing cause helping Great Danes to find their forever home! Such an inspiration!
