Achievements

Congratulations Sarah on completing her first Half Ironman Distance Triathlon! ✔️

6hr 15mins, 9th female overall. She achieved a podium place and finished as the fastest age group runner – quite an achievement as she had to recover from a back injury mid training!

Between this event and an Olympic distance triathlon she also raised a very impressive 6k for an amazing cause helping Great Danes to find their forever home! Such an inspiration!

Epic Birthday Challenge!!

Reuben took on the famous Gran Fondo La Marmotte cycle race in The Alps – 170km with several alpine passes, 38 degrees heat and time cut off deadlines to start the last peak!

He achieved this after recovering from an episode of back pain and sciatica. It was a tight rehabilitation deadline with Reuben only being fit with a few days to spare! A memorable birthday in more ways than one. So Pleased Advance Physio could support you – Well Done.
